Purchasing terms for online shop

Delivery

We can ship within the United Kingdom.

We estimate delivery to be made within 5 working days, whilst every effort is made to meet these timescales guarantee cannot be given.

Payment

Payment is via Paypal, you can use this system to pay by card.

Returns & exchanges of product

If you have an issue with your order please contact Hayley Kooner Beauty via email hayleykooner@gmail.comwithin 48hrs of receipt of the goods.

Returns will only be accepted when the following conditions are met; consent from Hayley Kooner Beauty, the items are in the original packaging, items are unopened and in a resaleable condition.

A refund or credit may be offered, items need to be returned to Hayley Kooner Beauty within 5 days of agreement for return, at the cost and risk of the sender. Refund or credit will be processed once items are received and confirmed to be in a resaleable condition in the original unopened packaging.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

Gift vouchers are redeemable against products and services at Hayley Kooner Beauty only. Gift vouchers are non- transferable, non-refundable and hold no cash value. The gift voucher must be submitted upon redemption. Gift vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non- exchangeable and non-refundable. Gift vouchers should be treated as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. If the total amount payable is more than the gift voucher, the remainder of the balance can be paid  by any accepted method of payment. Hayley Kooner Beauty reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise suspected to be affected from fraud. Hayley Kooner Beauty reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. To redeem your gift voucher, you must inform Hayley Kooner Beauty when making your booking and prior to any service being provided.

Appointment booking terms

All new clients wanting to book in for a tint, lash lift or lash extensions service need to book in for a patch test at least 2 days before your 1st service.

All clients who have a change to their health, medication or longer than 3 months between tint, lash lift or extensions appointments need to book a patch test at least 2 days before your service.

All clients booking a service they have not had previously need to complete a health consultation at least 2 days before your appointment.​

All bookings made online will be contacted if I notice a problem with your booking.

​I appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price and a non-refundable booking fee to re-book the appointment.
