Purchasing terms for online shop

Delivery

We can ship within the United Kingdom.

We estimate delivery to be made within 5 working days, whilst every effort is made to meet these timescales guarantee cannot be given.

Payment

Payment is via Paypal, you can use this system to pay by card.

Returns & exchanges of product

If you have an issue with your order please contact Hayley Kooner Beauty via email hayleykooner@gmail.comwithin 48hrs of receipt of the goods.

Returns will only be accepted when the following conditions are met; consent from Hayley Kooner Beauty, the items are in the original packaging, items are unopened and in a resaleable condition.

A refund or credit may be offered, items need to be returned to Hayley Kooner Beauty within 5 days of agreement for return, at the cost and risk of the sender. Refund or credit will be processed once items are received and confirmed to be in a resaleable condition in the original unopened packaging.

Gift card terms and conditions

Gift cards and vouchers  are redeemable against products and services at Hayley Kooner Beauty only. Gift cards and vouchers are non- transferable, non-refundable and hold no cash value. The gift card number or gift voucher number must be submitted upon booking for redemption. Gift cards and vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non- exchangeable and non-refundable. Gift cards and vouchers should be treated as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. If the total amount payable is more than the gift voucher or card, the remainder of the balance can be paid  by any accepted method of payment. Hayley Kooner Beauty reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher or gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise suspected to be affected from fraud. Hayley Kooner Beauty reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. 

Reservation terms and business policies

How to book
All appointments are to be made online by the client or at the end of your service during checkout.
The booking system is open to book 6 months into the future.
A waitlist system operates for fully booked days.

Bookings are taken back to back so extra service time on the day cannot be accommodated for.

Booking confirmations
Client reservations will be confirmed once Hayley Kooner Beauty has checked over the reservation details and health form. If the booking requires amending Hayley Kooner Beauty will contact you.
Automated email correspondence will be delivered to the client to confirm reservations using the details provided by the client.
Additionally a reminder message will be delivered 3 days prior to the appointment, the client is required to reply to the reminder message to confirm attendance.

Contact information
In the event that incorrect contact information is provided including but not limited to, customer name, phone number or email address. Hayley Kooner Beauty will not be held responsible for loss of correspondence such as appointment confirmation or reminder messages. In instances of incorrect contact information being provided, it is the client responsibility to identify these errors and update them in the booking system https://hayleykoonerbeauty.book.app/customer/login

Arrival protocol
Hayley Kooner Beauty requires clients to arrive promptly for their appointments, the studio door will be unlocked 2 minutes before the start of the appointment.

Late arrival
Hayley Kooner Beauty does not extend service times or issue price adjustments for late arrival. Failure to arrive on time for an appointment will lead to service cancellation or alteration allowing Hayley Kooner Beauty to perform only the most important element of the service. Hayley Kooner Beauty asks clients to make contact if they’ll be late via text to 07739 420360.

Cancellations and rescheduling
The time booked for the client is reserved for the clients exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice Hayley Kooner Beauty is often unable to fill the vacancy. Should the client need to cancel or reschedule their appointment Hayley Kooner Beauty requests at least 48 hours before the commencement of this appointment. Cancellations and reschedules after this 48 hour timeframe will result in an invoice for the full amount of the appointment cost which will be sent to the email address and phone number provided.
Repeat cancellations will lead to the forfeiture of the ability to book again.
Texting, calling, emailing, messaging via Instagram or Facebook, WhatsApp are not acceptable forms of cancellation, cancellation can be actioned via the booking system https://hayleykoonerbeauty.book.app/customer/login

Change of mind
Hayley Kooner Beauty will not issue price adjustments for change of mind, the client must pay the full amount for the service time booked out even if the client requests a reduced service.

Patch testing
All first time Hayley Kooner Beauty lash tint, brow tint, lash lift and Microdermabrasion clients require a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
All clients who have a change to their health, medication, vaccine history or have left 3 months or longer between appointments require a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
Patch tests can be booked via the booking system https://hayleykoonerbeauty.book.app/book-now please note which service you require a test for in the notes section.
Should Hayley Kooner Beauty or a manufacturer change an ingredient a new patch test will be required.
Please note a negative patch test does not confirm you will not react.

Loyalty points
Loyalty points are earned on all services, products and passes.
A minimum of 250 points must be accrued before loyalty points can be accepted as payment. A maximum of 500 loyalty points can be used as payment. Loyalty points can only be used once per calendar month and no loyalty points can be used in the month of December. Points can be used to purchase services and products.

Children
Children are not welcome in the studio it is not a safe environment for them. The products, tools, chemicals and equipment used in the studio are both expensive and dangerous if not handled correctly.

Age requirements
Hayley Kooner Beauty is for females aged 18 and over.

Mobile phones
Mobile phones are only permitted to be used before and after the service. The use of mobile phones is not permitted during service as they compromise the hygiene of the treatment area and the ability to adhere to appointment schedules.
During massage, facial and hopi candle services it is recommended mobile phones are put to silent mode to avoid interfering with the service.

Accessibility
The studio is located on the ground floor. There are 2 steps onto the treatment bed. Clients are welcome to bring a support person or service animal to their appointment.

Silent service
Hayley Kooner Beauty offers a ‘Silent’ service to anyone that requests it. Clients can request a Silent service in the booking notes of their apppointment. During a Silent service only treatment related questions are asked the rest of the time is the clients.

Payment
Cash, card, NFC are accepted forms of payment.

Right to refuse service
Hayley Kooner Beauty retains the right to refuse service at any time for any reason including but not limited to frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to comply with the business policies.
